 At Freedom Space and Time, we are committed to sustainability and minimizing waste. As a small business, we kindly ask that you order thoughtfully to help us reduce unnecessary returns and wastage from damage. 

If you do need to make a return, delivery cost is 40aed and we accept items within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

Pristine Condition – Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

📦Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded

📦Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for a return shipping cost of 40aed unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

📦Shipping fees are not refunded 

🚫Final Sale Items – Items marked as final sale or purchased with certain promotions are not eligible for return.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or into your Freedom Space & Time account or as a gift card that is valid for use within 365 days.

To request an exchange, please contact us atsaoirse@freedomspaceandtime.comwith your order details and what you would like to exchange your item(s) for. Once received and inspected, items will be exchanged within 7 days.
