KNEAD bakery have lovingly gifted the Freedom Space & Time community a Valentine's treat box for each attendee that we can all enjoy together.  

The workout is 1.5km jog, split up by workouts along the boardwalk. It's a fun workout embedded in the fresh air and serenity of the beautiful mangroves. A one of a kind experience made all the more special this Valentines with your friends and family.
